The service, at flat 0/1, is a combined service providing Care at Home and Housing Support.
We operate over four sites across Renfrewshire: Paisley, Linwood, Johnstone and Renfrew.
The service supports adults with a range of support needs, including learning difficulties and mental health issues. Everyone who receives this service has been assessed to receive Self-Directed-Support.
How to make a referral
Renfrewshire Council has preferential rights of nomination to vacancies within the services.
Once a referral has been received, the management team and referring officers will discuss the support needs of the individual.
